Walking coach Jan de Hoon has the answer to these kind of questions. We put on our walking boots and go outside. To 'create' some distance from daily noise. Walking strenghtens the physical body and nature and the elements give peace of mind. We will be walking in the Netherlands or les Vosges (France). Jan de Hoon has developed his own coaching model. We will have profound conversations and there will be moments of silence and reflection. As we take our car to the garage after an x amount of kilometres, you can see this as a means of personal maintanance. You don't need to have experience in walking, walking is a means to get into a conversation with yourself and is not an objective in itself.
